Care Guide

  • Light: Prefers low to moderate light. Avoid direct sunlight, as it may cause the leaves to scorch.

  • Water: Thrives in both freshwater and low-salinity brackish water. Water moderately, allowing the soil or substrate to dry out slightly between waterings.

  • Humidity: While adaptable, the Anubias Barteri Mini Coin thrives in higher humidity environments. A misting system or humidity tray can help maintain ideal conditions.

  • Soil: Prefers nutrient-rich, well-draining substrate. It can also grow on rocks or driftwood in aquariums.

  • Temperature: Best kept in temperatures ranging from 68–82°F. Avoid placing in cold or drafty areas.

  • Pruning: Prune the plant to maintain its compact size and shape. Removing older leaves encourages new growth.

  • Propagation: Easily propagated through rhizome division or by cutting the rhizome and replanting the segments.
